As mentioned on the main forum index, the NOHVA does not investigate each thread or transaction. It is your responsibility to make respectful, and legal transactions in a mature and adult manner. We condone any sale of complete vehicles without proper paperwork, and if notified we will remove the thread and withdraw the user from using this message board for a set ammount of time.
